2024 Burton Ritual Step On Boots
One look at the women's Burton Ritual Step On® Snowboard Boots and you know they are in a league of their own. Compatible with Burton's Step On system, they offer precise board control and seamless transitions in and out of your bindings. Their engineered woven construction creates lasting, powerful support and water-resistance. Its medium flex yields a playful yet responsive feel that's great tearing through glades and natural halfpipes. To make sure your feet stay warm and dry, the liner wicks moisture while trapping body heat for warmth that lasts all day. These boots are only compatible with Step On bindings.

Flex
- Medium Flex: 4-7 (1=Soft, 10=Stiff) – A balance of quick edge engagement and a more forgiving, playful feel. Great for all-around riders.
Fit
- 1:1 Soft Flex PowerUP Tongue – Burton offers 1:1 lasting on every boot. It means every half and full size liner gets a matching half and full size shell, tongue, and outsole for a precise fit that is not as common as one would think. Drop your loot on a Burton boot and you won’t be stuck with the slop of a mismatched shell and liner.
- Articulating Cuff – Allowing the upper and lower zones of the boot to flex independently creates fluid forward motion, minimizes shell distortion, and maximizes heel hold and response.

- DryRide Heat Cycle™ Lining – Warmth and wicking are two key traits for on-snow comfort. Burton's breathable inner-lining technology utilizes interwoven thermally activated carbon thread to capture, radiate, and reflect body heat inward to keep feet warmer while also wicking heat-robbing moisture outward. Look for varying amounts and performance level of each liner.
- Plush Cuff 1.0 – The Plush Cuff 1.0 hugs your calf like no other thanks to a combination of medial and lateral neoprene stretch zones and a super soft fur lining.
- Focus Cuff – Boosting heel-hold by hugging that sweet spot around your ankle, the Focus Cuff rides slightly higher on your ankle than the Lock-UP Cuff for increased response.

- Step On™ EST® Outsole – EST® goes beyond bindings by drawing inspiration from the surf/skate heritage of snowboarding and giving you a more direct connection to your board. By eliminating the ramp angle of your outsole, EST lowers your center of gravity, improves board feel, and creates a more surf/skate-like feel.
