All Items must be returned or exchanged within 60 days.
Items must be unused, have the original tags or packaging, and be in re-sellable condition in order to receive a full refund.
If one or more of the above requirements are not met refunds may be denied or a restocking fee may be applied.
A return shipping label may be provided if the item being returned is exchanged for an item of equal or greater value. Contact customer service for details. Snowboards, helmets under $100, snowboard boots under $125, and all items under $50 are excluded from free exchanges.

Once a return is approved a return label will be provided. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on returns(not exchanges) and the cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Please include your invoice or packing slip with the return and do NOT attach any shipping labels or tape to the actual product boxes. This may result in up to a 30% restocking fee.
We ship anywhere in the US using a variety of carriers. Extra fees may apply to Alaskan and Hawaiian packages.
Orders over $49.00 will receive FREE standard shipping.

- USPS Priority 2-4 business days.
- USPS Priority Express 1-3 business days.

Business days do not include weekends.
Time frames are from the time the order is shipped, not from the time the order is placed. Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours, but can take as long as 72 hours depending on volume.
Most products we carry are not allowed to be shipped outside of the US. You may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your product may be shipped to Canada.
If we can ship the product, free shipping does not apply and the customer will be responsible for any duty charges that may occur on arrival.
