Return Policy
All Items must be returned within 60 days or exchanged within 90 days.
Items must be unused, have all original tags/packaging/items, and be in re-sellable condition in order to receive a refund.
If one or more of the above requirements are not met, refunds may be denied or a restocking fee may be applied.
Damaged products must be reported within five days of delivery.
Free Exchanges
A return shipping label may be provided if the item being returned is exchanged for an item of equal or greater value.
To exchange for the same product, but in a different size or color visit our Return Center.
To exchange for a different product or a more expensive option of the same product follow these steps.
- Submit a return for the product that is being returned in our Return Center.
- Place a new order for the replacement item
- Email support@blauerboardshop.com with your new order number and request your return fee on the original item to be waived.
Snowboards, helmets under $100, snowboard boots under $125, all items under $50, and international orders are excluded from free exchanges.
Return Instructions
To start a return visit our Return Center to submit a request.
Once a return is approved a return label will be provided. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on returns (not exchanges) and the cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Please include your invoice or packing slip with the return and do NOT attach any shipping labels or tape to the actual product boxes. This may result in up to a 30% restocking fee.
US Shipping
We ship anywhere in the US using a variety of carriers. Extra fees may apply to Alaskan and Hawaiian packages.
Free Shipping
Orders over $49.00 will receive FREE standard shipping to the lower 48. Alaskan and Hawaiian orders do not apply for free shipping.

All orders are eligible for free in store pick up at the below address.

Shipping Time Frames
- Economy Shipping 5-8 business days. (California residents 2-5 business days.)
- UPS Ground 2-5 business days.
These times are estimates only. Expect mild to moderate delays during the holidays due to carrier delays. Business days do not include weekends.
Time frames are from the time the order is shipped, not from the time the order is placed. Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours, but can take as long as 72 hours depending on volume.
Freight/Mail Forwarder Policy
Blauer Board Shop is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after a delivery scan to any freight/mail forwarding company. We are unable to provide a replacement or refund to any orders that are shipping to a freight/mail forwarder.
If you (or a freight forwarder you so designate) have a US address, purchase goods to be shipped to a US location, and then subsequently export these goods, you or the designated freight forwarder are considered the exporter of these goods.
Canadian Shipping
Most products we carry are not allowed to be shipped outside of the US. You may contact us at support@blauerboardshop.com to see if your product may be shipped to Canada.
If we can ship the product, free shipping does not apply and the customer will be responsible for any duty charges that may occur on arrival.
International Shipping
We do not ship outside of the US or Canada at this time.
