2027 Dinosaurs Will Die Wizard Stick Snowboard
The 2027 Dinosaurs Will Die Wizard Stick is a versatile all-mountain freestyle board built to move seamlessly from groomers and side hits to park laps and powder days. Crossbreed Camber combines positive camber between the feet with reverse camber through the tip and tail, giving the board plenty of pop and control while keeping it playful and adaptable across changing terrain. The Mid-Soft flex keeps it easy to manipulate for freestyle riding, while the D-Twin shape adds a longer nose without sacrificing a balanced feel between the contact points. Powder Pack+ inserts let you push your stance farther back when the snow gets deep, and a Poplar Core with Birch Stringers, Biaxial Fiberglass, and a fast SINtered Base round out a build designed to ride just about anywhere.
Who is this board best for?
Intermediate to advanced riders looking for a playful, versatile board that can handle park laps and side hits while still providing the control and adaptability needed for groomers, all-mountain terrain, and powder.

Camber Profile
- Crossbreed Camber: Traditional camber between the feet provides pop and energy, while reverse camber through the tip and tail adds versatility and a more forgiving feel across park, powder, and variable terrain.
Flex
- Medium Flex: A balanced flex that provides enough support and response for carving and all-mountain riding while maintaining the maneuverability needed for freestyle riding.
Shape
- D-Twin: A directional twin shape with a longer nose than tail while keeping the sidecut and insert packs centered between the contact points, combining freestyle balance with added all-mountain versatility.
Core
- Poplar Core with Birch Stringers: DWD's benchmark wood core construction uses poplar with birch stringers to provide a dependable balance of response, durability, and consistent flex.
Laminates
- Biaxial Fiberglass: A flexible fiberglass layup used above and below the core for a smooth, forgiving flex and an easy-to-ride feel.
Base
- SINtered Base: A strong, high-density base with micropores that hold wax for excellent speed and durability.
Additional Features
- Single Radius Sidecut: A single radius runs from contact point to contact point to create one smooth, evenly arced turn.
- Powder Pack+: Four additional inserts supplement the standard front insert pack, allowing the front binding to be moved farther back for deep powder days. The updated layout is compatible with mini-disks.
- ABS Sidewalls: Durable thermoplastic sidewalls add stiffness and increase durability through the board's sandwich construction.
Binding Compatibility
- 2x4 Inserts: Standard 2x4 inserts provide broad binding compatibility, with additional Powder Pack+ inserts for an extra-setback powder stance.
