Camber Profile

• High Power Camber: Tip-to-tail full camber with a high camber profile along the effective edge for powerful pop, precise edge control, and stability. The camber rises toward the tail and extends to the back binding for increased support and stomping power off the back foot.

Flex

• 4/5 (Mid-Stiff & Lively): Responsive flex tuned for stability, precision, and energy across steep lines, technical terrain, and high-speed descents.

Shape

• Low Tapered Directional: Directional freeride shape with a narrower tail than nose, helping improve float and control in deeper snow while maintaining a stable, confident feel through turns.
• Medium 3D Contour Base: Features 4mm of spoon bevel in the nose and 0–4mm in the tail, beginning just before the contact points. The 3D shaping reduces tip drag while enhancing glide, float, and smooth turn initiation.
• 3D Flip Tips: Tip shaping designed to enhance float and grip while reducing tip catch in rough and variable terrain.
• Blunt Nose: Provides the float benefits of a longer nose without unnecessary tip length and added swing weight, helping the board glide efficiently through deeper and variable snow.
• Progressive Sidecut: Gradually increases the sidecut radius toward the contact points for smoother turn initiation and exit with less abrupt edge transitions.

Core

• Control Core Split: Premium dual-density wood core built with responsibly harvested Paulownia and Poplar. A 2:1 Paulownia-to-Poplar stringer ratio balances lightweight construction with dampness and durability.
• Koroyd®: Lightweight synthetic dampening material integrated directly into the wood core to absorb vibration and reduce tip swing weight for quicker, smoother turns.

Laminates

• Triax Fiberglass: Multi-axis stitched fiberglass provides a precise and responsive ride across changing terrain and snow conditions.
• BComp Carbon Flax Stringers: Carbon provides pop and response while flax helps absorb chatter, combining lively performance with additional vibration dampening.

Base

• Sintered 8000 Base: Premium sintered base material designed for fast glide, strong wax absorption, durability, and straightforward repairs.

Edges

• Medium Traction Tech: Adds multiple contact points along the running edge to increase grip on firm and variable snow.
• Inner Edge Traction Tech: Adds three sidecut bumps on the inner edge of each splitboard half to increase grip while traversing firm or icy skin tracks.
• Recycled Edges: Durable steel edges made from recycled German steel for strength and long-term durability.

Splitboard Interface

• Karakoram Ultra Clips 2.0: New for 2027, the updated clips are lighter, clamp tighter, and have a smaller footprint than the original Ultra Clip. They're also adjustable to help maintain even compression as the board ages.
• Karakoram Tip-Lock Tip Clips 2.0: Updated tip clips use a locking lever to securely hold the two board halves together.
• Boltless Bridge: Eliminates split clip attachment hardware from the base by re-profiling and thickening the wood core beneath the clips, improving torsional stiffness and creating a stronger connection between the board halves.

Skin Attachment

• Quick Tension Tail: Built-in climbing skin tension system uses a pre-cut tail notch, eliminating the need for a traditional skin tail clip.
