2027 Ride Vantum Snowboard
The all-new 2027 Ride Vantum is a directional all-mountain snowboard built to stay stable, quick, and composed across everything from groomers and side hits to powder and chopped-up terrain. Its Standard Camber profile provides responsive control without feeling overpowering, while the tapered directional shape and Tapered Quadratic Sidecut create quick edge-to-edge response, strong grip, and improved float in deeper snow. The Performance™ Core combines Aspen, Bamboo, and Paulownia for a strong yet lightweight platform, backed by Zonal Carbon Rails for direct power transfer from the inserts to the contact points. A new Urethane Channel in the nose helps reduce chatter when conditions get rough, while Slimewalls®, Hybrid Glass, and the fast Sintered 4000 Base round out a versatile build designed to handle the whole mountain.

Camber Profile
- Standard Camber: A slight traditional camber zone delivers responsive control without feeling overpowering.
Flex
- Medium Response: A versatile medium flex balances control, maneuverability, and stability across varied terrain.
Shape
- Tapered Directional: More nose than tail, a setback stance, and a tapered directional shape are designed for forward-facing performance with improved float in deeper snow.
Sidecut
- Tapered Quadratic Sidecut: A long radius in the tip, medium radius through the center, and tighter radius in the tail create quick turn initiation, strong grip, and a powerful exit through the tail.
Core
- Performance™ Core: High-strength Aspen combines with Bamboo and lightweight Paulownia for a balance of strength and low weight.
Laminates
- Zonal Carbon Rails: Carbon fiber strips run along the edges from the inserts toward the contact points for more direct power transfer and response.
- Hybrid Glass: Triaxial fiberglass above the core and biaxial fiberglass below balance torsional flex and stiffness for improved response at speed.
- Single Impact Plates: Reinforcement beneath each binding area increases compressive strength and helps prevent board breaks in high-stress areas.
Sidewalls
- Slimewalls®: Urethane sidewalls absorb impacts and help smooth the board's interaction with the snow for a more damp and durable ride.
- Roll-In Construction: A unique 3D structure built around the urethane Slimewall® sidewalls increases overall board strength, helps prevent topsheet chipping, and reduces weight.
Base
- Sintered 4000 Base: High-end sintered 4000 P-Tex provides a harder, faster, and more durable running surface than an extruded base.
- Stone Ground: A stone-ground finish creates a flat, clean running surface.
Additional Features
- Urethane Channel: Milled sections in the nose of the core are filled with RIDE's urethane material to reduce vibration, increase stability, and control chatter in rough snow.
- Standard Topsheet: Durable urethane topsheet material.
- Biobased Resin: Plant-based resin reduces reliance on traditional epoxy and helps reduce carbon emissions during production.
- Wend® Meadowfoam Biodegradable Wax: Factory-applied wax made from Meadowfoam® wildflower seeds is non-toxic and biodegradable.
- 30% Recycled Steel Edges: Snowboard edges contain 30% recycled steel.
- FSC® Certified Paper Packaging: Paper packaging uses FSC® Certified materials.
- 44% Solar Production Energy: RIDE states that 44% of the energy used in production comes from solar energy.
Binding Compatibility
- 2x4 Inserts: Standard 2x4 insert pattern for broad snowboard binding compatibility.
